we Smoke our Brisket at 225 for 18 to 22 hrs. Our product is always moist, always delicious, and never dry... we took the best Brisket in the tri state area.

I had a brisket burger and it was delicious. Great flavor in the brisket. The sauce was awesome. The pineapple slaw was very good. Service was great, super friendly, and kind. Go check them out. You'll be glad you did.
Wow! Fantastic BBQ ! Smoked wings are too good. I went with the Carolina Gold sauce, yummy. They have a nice variety of sauce options! The brisket was delicious with a nice bark on the outside. I choose the potato salad and the collards w/turkey for sides. Excellent side variety’s also. I was advised the sides are homemade daily! No place that I know of in the Cincy area can complete with that alone!!! No store bought potato salad here. Very tasty! The nice lady at the counter was so sweet. The prices are good too. I will definitely be back.
